At first, it was opened under the name of Tsetsgen Cafe, BZD, 13th district, across the road from Space Tunnel. Subsequently, the operation branch was added and the Royal Irish Pub was opened in 2007 on the 1st floor of the Royal House Hotel, 13th District, 13th District, under the motto "Professional chefs will serve high-quality Mongolian and European food". Since 2010, Tsetsgen Cafe has changed its name to Royal Irish Pub 2 and opened as a new branch with a new look and feel.
